Using the FastestLabs LearnUpon Training Platform

Through the Fastest Labs LearnUpon instance—branded for Fastest Labs and provided in partnership with Compliance Systems—all franchisees have full access to enroll and sell training videos. The platform is a powerful tool that allows you to train your clients, monitor their progress, and expand your service offerings.

Cost and Value

• Franchisees can sell an unlimited number of videos to unlimited users at no cost to their own office.
• Typical pricing for a video from the home office ranges between $50 and $100, with the average being around $80 per video.

Training Courses Available

The LearnUpon platform provides professional training designed for employers and can be offered across a variety of needs:

• DOT-Specific Modalities – training for all required Department of Transportation testing requirements.
• DOT/Non-DOT Supervisor Training – to help supervisors recognize and respond to reasonable suspicion situations.
• DER (Designated Employer Representative) Training – to prepare employers for compliance responsibilities.

In addition to client-facing training, franchisees can also use these courses internally to train new clinic employees on DOT and urine collections. In fact, any time you create a new employee for FTLU they are automatically added to your group in LearnUpon and added to the DOT urine and BAT videos!

How Enrollment Works

Account Setup

If you are reading this on FTLU, your account is probably already setup. At launch we created groups and assigned users for all Fastest Labs Offices. New Franchise owners are created when they first log in to Fastest Labs University.

First-Time Enrollment

• To enroll a client for the first time, you must complete the enrollment form.

Adding Additional Courses

• After the client is added through the form and assigned their first course, you can log into the LearnUpon portal and enroll the client into additional courses without needing the form again.

Platform Structure

• Each franchise office is set up as its own group within LearnUpon.
• The clinic email and owner emails are assigned as managers of that group.
• Once a client is added:
  • You can view their training progress.
  • Assign additional courses.
  • Run reports on usage to track engagement and completion.
