LearnUpon is Fastest Labs’ online training platform, created through a partnership with Compliance Systems. It allows franchise owners to easily manage and deliver training to clients and employees.

Key Features and Access

• Simple Login: Access LearnUpon with your clinic email or through Google single sign-on.
  
  
  First-Time Login Note:
  When logging in for the first time using your clinic email, you’ll be prompted to change your password.
  
  • Enter the old password: Password123
  • Then create your own secure new password to complete setup.
    
• Centralized Training Hub: Manage all user enrollments, course assignments, and progress tracking in one place—saving time and ensuring consistency.

How to Use LearnUpon

• Inviting Users:
  
  • Go to the “Users” section and select “Create or Invite User.”
    
  • Enter the client’s or employee’s email to send them an invitation link.
    
  • Alternatively, use the Google Form linked in the HubSpot email or Fastest Labs University to quickly submit user details (email, name, customer name, and course selection). Client Enrollment Form
    
• Enrolling in Courses:
  
  • Once a user is added, click on their profile to enroll them directly in a specific course.
    
  • The system automatically sends them an enrollment link and login instructions.
    
• Tracking Enrollment & Training:
  
  • Under the “Enrollments” tab, you can view all users and the courses available to them.
    
  • Under the “Reports” section, you can monitor each client’s or employee’s training progress and completion status.
