Download button isn’t working

This guide will walk you through the steps to take if the “Download” button in Lab Fusion isn’t working properly.
1. Click “Download”
On the home page, if you can see that the download button is lighter than the normal darker color, it simply means that the page loaded faster than the download plug-in loaded.
2. Click “Download”
When this happens, simply refresh the page. Sometimes, you have to refresh a few times.
3. Click “Download”
You will know when the page has loaded correctly by the download button appearing in full-color. You may now download your reports!
