If an Attorney is wanting proof of a accuracy of a rapid cup, you have a few response options:

Response to Attorney:
Tell them you are just the collector and that you don’t manufacture the cups, like you did.
Send them the package insert that comes in the box of cups you are using. This document outlines some of those areas of information.

In either case, I would alert them that any rapid test has a margin of error and is usually not court admissible. They are rapid kits and not lab tests. But an attorney would probably know that.
