Rapid urine tests using Lab Fusion result in an $18 inter office charge. If the specimen requires confirmation via COC and separate packaging, the $15 lab-based collection fee is charged as well.
If a Fastest Labs is on a collection network such as FormFox Marketplace/Quest Preferred, you cannot charge additional funds to the requesting Fastest Labs over what you are paid via that network.
