What is Sub-Account form used for? How do we get it?

DOT sub-accounts are required for setting up clients for testing at the lab. This is done automatically in Lab Fusion when you create an “organization.”
For partner labs such as Quest Diagnostics, you must contact Labb to have the subaccount added to ESP.
