When to do a “single” collection vs “split”? It is an option on all the CCF forms!

A split collection is required for DOT drug tests. There is a minimum of 45ml total with 30ml in “Bottle A” and 15ml in “Bottle B”
All Non-DOT tests are single vials unless stated otherwise by the company. The company may request a split vial for a Non-DOT test.
