How do I follow up on a confirmation?

If you need to check the status of a specimen that has been sent to the lab for confirmation testing, you can follow up directly with LABB support.

Steps:

  1. Locate the specimen ID number associated with the test you’re inquiring about.
  2. Send an email to Support@labb.com with a clear subject line, such as:
    “Confirmation Status Request – Specimen ID [Insert ID]”
  3. In the body of the email, include the specimen ID and politely request an update on the current status of the confirmation test.

Example Email:

Subject: Confirmation Status Request – Specimen ID 123456

Hello,

I’m following up to request a status update on a specimen that was sent for confirmation testing.

Specimen ID: 123456

Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

[Your Location]
