Finding and Exporting Your Monthly Invoice

You can view and export your invoice in your Fran Connect. The steps are below and also in a printable document attached.

See steps below:

Step 1: Go to royalty manager in Fran Connect

Step 2: Click INVOICES

Step 3: Click the blue lettering of the invoice ID you wish to view to see the itemization

Step 4: Hit the EXPAND button on the top right of the invoice to view more detailed itemization

Withdrawl dates and times for reference:

Scheduled draws around the following dates. They are sometimes later if the dates fall on a weekend or a holiday as the bank doesn’t conduct transactions on those days.

• Website fees – Scorpion draw is the 1st business day of the month
• Royalties – around the 10th once everyone submits their monthly P&Ls
• Brand Fund – the 10th
• Tech Stack fees – the 15th
• QBO – the 21st
