What is a TPA code and How Do I Create One?

A TPA certification code is a reference number you provide to a Third Party Administrator (TPA) along with your certification documents. The TPA keeps this code on file to verify that the collectors conducting tests on their behalf are properly certified.

As a business owner, you will need three TPA codes: one each for DOT, BAT, and C-LOCT certifications. Your employees, however, will not need a C-LOCT TPA code, as they are not required to obtain C-LOCT certification.

How do I create one?

On the back of the respective certification you will write

  • ✏️ DOT FranConnect ID Date of certification
    • Ex.DOTMR10107102024
  • ✏️ BAT FranConnect ID Date of certification
    • Ex.BATMR10107102024
  • ✏️ CT FranConnect ID Date of certification
    • Ex.CTMR10107102024
