Preparing for the Onsite (Rapid Collections)
When you have a pre-scheduled onsite, preparation is key to keeping collections efficient, compliant, and professional. The following checklist ensures you have everything necessary before leaving the clinic.
Organize Your Paperwork
Keep a small binder or folder in your onsite collection bag to hold all required documents. Having these organized saves time and avoids missing critical forms. Include:
- DOT and Non-DOT CCFs
- Rapid Manual Read Forms (Ordered from Labb)
- DOT Verbiage Form
- DOT Direct Observation Procedures
- “What Label Do I Use” Reference Sheet
- Testing Protocol Form
