The steps you need to go through when DOT certifying an employee:
1) Have your employee watch the Quest videos from your Quest log-in. (no need for them to have their own log-in)
2) Train them on the Chain of Custody forms
3) Have them shadow a few DOT tests.
4) Run through some mock trials with them (Mock Trial Training, for example: the way Robert and Joe trained you at the hotel for in-person training).
5) Once they are confident with the information they will be ready to be a collector.
